Refund Policy

DeeDeeHost offers different refund periods depending on the service type for fairness and clarity.

1. Shared Hosting

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund.

2. VPS Hosting

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund.

3. Domain Services

Domain registration and domain transfers are non-refundable.

4. General Refund Conditions

• Refund request must be submitted within the allowed period (30 days for Shared Hosting / 7 days for VPS).
• The account must not have violated our Terms of Service (TOS).
• Request must be submitted through proper channels (Support Ticket or email).

5. How to Request a Refund

Please create a Support Ticket in your Client Area or email us at support@deedeehost.com. Please include your order number and reason for the refund request.

6. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved (usually within 2-3 days), our payment gateway will process the refund within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

7. Exceptions

DeeDeeHost reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

• Account has violated our Terms of Service (TOS)
• Evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity
• Request submitted after the allowed period
